Ken supports scrapping of legislation that would allow bike removal

Posted on December 30, 2004 1 Comment

Ken supports scrapping of legislation that would allow bike removal – “This legislation would give Councils the power to remove any cycles in the vicinity of posted notices where, in their opinion, bikes are a ‘nuisance’ or offend against ‘good management of the highway’.”
